OC'ing

Hey, just recently overclocked my pc by 3MHz(fsb) x 9.
So now running at 1826.8MHz.
What do you think I could get it to without overvolting it?

Standard speed is 1808.3MHz

Thanks people

This may not be very helpful, but you wont know til you try. Its hard to speculate a max point/stable point of an overclocked CPU.

Lol, ohk. How about before it starts hitting high heats.. on average now it sits around 45c.
I have a heat sink and a fan on top of the heat sink just fyi.
Should I consider more cooling for more intense oc... like 30%.

Only asking if anyone knows.. :P
Thanks.

With the board I have, I can jump largely when OCing. I set high fsb and work backwards. If the OC doesn't work it will load a black bios screen, and I start over. If you somehow did a bad OC, and wont boot the bios, just remove the bios battery and place it back in. It will reset the bios.

Most CPU can OC averagely about 5%. So you can get about 2.0Ghz.

Bios battery is just the small button battery located somewhere on the mobo?
Lol, i am just making sure, cause I am only 14 and am only starting to learn lots about hardware.
