My uncle is a mechanic and he has this laptop that he uses to scan out the cars.
there is a program he uses, the problem is that when he opens the program, the computer shuts down.

the battery is charged he says.

whats the problem and how can we fix it?

Depends what application he uses. For me, I use ECUFlash, to scan and tune my car. I never had problems before, but there are times it will act up depending on what application is running at the same insistence.

Was the application on the laptop working fine before? Or is it the first time using it? If it worked before, but stopped working, you can roll back to a previous restore point and try to run it again. Most likely something on the computer (Application/Drivers, etc) isn't working to well with the application

I read upon this and I thought "I got a EFI managed car... maybe I should think about some of this stuff"
But ECUFlash only supports Subaru's and Mitsubishi's.
I've googled for some programs that will support
Holden 3.3L 202ci 6cyl... The motor is from a Series II VK Commodore.
Soon to have a turbo =D

Anyone know of any program that does Holdens?

Thanks.

Im not to familiar with any other flasher other than the one for my car. What you can do is check around forums for your car, and they might have it there.
