Does it just hard reboot? Like your using it, then it blacks out, and restart? If so, then your PC is possibly overheating.

Is it a custom built PC or a factory PC like Dell, HP, etc? Try and download Everest, and try and check the CPU temp.

I have Compaq. I downloaded Everest and i went under
Computer > Sensor > Temperature

Motherboard: 39 c (102 f)
CPU: 106 c (223 f)
SAMSUNG SP1614C: 40 c (104 F)

It changes but it stays around that range.

WOAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
223F, its 3 times hotter than normal, thats why its shutting off. You need a new CPU fan or more fan in the case.

Oh dang, thats why the fan is so loud. Once i get it on and gets to the screen, the fan start making this loud noise. So uhmm whats the best thing to do? and what causes the cpu temp to go up?

When you use the computer, the CPU heats up. The more application you use, like words, firefox, gaming, will put more stress on the CPU, and it will heat up more. But apparently the CPU fan isn't doing its job to keep it cool. You may want to replace the fan. Otherwise it can get more fatal to the PC.
