Hmm, well if things are really bad, back up all your key files to a flash drive, external HDD, burn them to DVD and reformat. Just make sure you have a working Vista/XP disc first. Not familiar with this specific malware. My guess is it might be a rogue anti-spyware or anti-virus product. Basically that means you have a product posing as anti-virus which is in fact malware. Once it's downloaded it will "alert" you to malware being installed and direct you to download a bogus AV product which is likely a rookit or more malware. Don't assume that site is accurate with what the anti-virus products will find. I would download a good AV like Nod32, update it and run a full system scan. You can also try posting a HJT log. Get HJT here: Trend Micro HijackThis - Free software downloads and reviews - CNET Download.com

If you want to install Nod32, yes you need to uninstall Norton 360. Never run two AV's. Having two AV's installed can lead to the Blue Screen of Death.
I'm not gonna pick through all the excess crap you have running, a lot of stuff could be disabled to speed up your boot times and system, but that's user preference. What is definitely concerns me is this entry: O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [fucked] C:\WINDOWS\system32\galle.exe Boot into safe mode (tap F8 at boot) and run HJT. Then check that entry and remove it. I would then download Nod32 and run a full system scan.

NEVER, scan your computer for malware/adware ONLINE.
It opens up a whole for malware and viruses to come through. |
