Lol, at least backups still work, this further proves that MS can't/is unwilling to do anything about the hacks. I think the former, if they could keep burned games from booting, why ban people from XBL? Even if people pirate games, they still spent money and MS points at the xbox marketplace.

I have been look over atr Xbox.com and if you have the cash you can just go get a new xbox mod it and all will work tagain till you get banned again. As MS or only banning the console and not your GamerTag. I'm still working but thats only because I and using a un-modded console for live at the mo.

Well i guess my day is coming then. I played Rainbow Six all last night and DOA4 the night before. Not yet banned but i guess it is inevitable now. Especially if they are somehow recording this and there is a delay in the banning process. Guess we will have to wait and see, but the plug comes out when i get home tonight i guess, at least until they find a way around it

who the hell would unmod their system just to play on live?? I would question the level of intelligence if anybody did that just to shoot some dude living across the country.

I am with Stang on this one for sure. Ban me from live. That is just $50 a year that you will lose, i can do without it. I have only had XBL for about 2-3 months now and the $50 i lose was made up with the first back up i made.
The positives of a modded system far outweigh the negatives.

and for PTU, well i do not remember too many a$$ kickings the last time i played...well at least not from you, LOL.
