hey guys i want to iextreme stealth patch my backup, how do i do this ? any help would be great

If it's an iso you downloaded, make sure it's got the stealth file included, if it's ripped yourself with Xbox Backup Creator, it should be okay. To test out whether the game stealth by ixtreme standards, download XDVDMulleter 8 beta off xbins and use the stealth check to see if it meets ixtreme standards.

I would use the latest version of Xdvdmulleter. I think it's 9.7, it has the CRC checking ability and if something isn't right with the stealth files, and it can find a matching CRC in the database, it will offer to download and inject the proper patch into your iso.
