Hey guys, just wondering if you could help me choose which one of these pci cards, that will work to flash..

It has to be from this website since Newegg and Chiefsvalue are only shippable to the USA and im in Canada

I don't personally have experience with Vantec, but it came down to Vantec products for a IDE-USB adapter I ordered and another company, and I went with the other company. The customer reviews for the Vantec product were garbage. It doesn't look like tigerdirect has a large selection for PCI-SATA. The key is to find a PCI-SATA with a VIA 6421 chipset, that chipset is compatible with all known 360 DVD-ROM drives.

Man... I can't find the chipset on that thing anywhere, the official Vantec site offers nothing. I would try to find another site which ships to Canada that has a better selection of PCI-SATA cards.

Which one of the two would you get? or niether... i dont either have that chipset... were there anyother ones on Tigerdirect.ca that you would buy over that one for just PCI not PCI-E... please help me out...

Well neither, not without knowing chipset they have. The relevant point for flashing the 360 is finding a compatible chipset. Try searching through the link I posted:
