DBZ Burst Limit

Anyone played it? I finally got around to playing it and the game seems pretty good. It's more or less a continuation of Budokai with much better visuals. The fighting style is similar, special moves are painfully easy to pull off, it has the standard power ups and story modes from Budokai and some really nice cell shading in HD. It's not going to rewrite the DragonBallZ story books, but it should keep fans of the series interested for awhile. What do you guys think?

I think the graphics could have been better, and when playing the game on a LCD or a Standard television, the entire game looks blurry for some reason. The action is fast paced, more similar to Shin Budokai for the PSP. I've only played the demo 1 million times, that's all I have at this point. When fighting the cut scenes become annoying, I'll be too interested in defeating the opponent, then out of nowhere someone either jumps in and attacks, and it doesn't even directly correlate to the storyline, or your enemy will randomly blurt out pointless things like, "this is impossible!".

Hmm, it looked pretty good on my LCD, might be your viewing angle. My Sanyo is second tier LCD, hardly anything to right home about lol. I only played a couple fights, the first two in the Raditz Saga, but the camera angle and teleports didn't seem too bad.

I certainly didn't play it at length so maybe I just was fortunate to not encounter the issues you mentioned or maybe they were worked out prior to the final release.

i think its okay but the creators are stalling with the lack if characters they are delaying so they can make more games. Its gonna like the budokai series.
Imo this game is a rent first and it isn't work $60 unless you're a die hard fan of the series or you have enough money to spare
