Ok, so I wanna make my 360 read backup games... Without disassembling it... Is there anyway to do this? Please and thank you.

Nope. You have to dissemble the 360 to flash the DVD-ROM drive. You can use a blow dryer and razor blade to peel off the warranty sticker without bubbling it. Then flash it and place the sticker back on the system after flashing.

Do you by any chance have a guide for someone to do so... I've never "flashed" firmware before, and all the guides I have found are either really difficult, or for people who have a basic knowledge of what they are doing... And, also, I need to know how to tell which drive I have... Thanks =)

Without a basic knowledge of the 360, then you should not attempt to flash it. Textbook's guide is pretty easy, give it a read and see if flashing is for you.
