Auto Installer Deluxe > Burn it to a DvD-R > Load it to the XBOX > select the option to install dashboards, pick the one(s) you want and where you want them to go...it will fix the error, corrupt, and/or missing files.

When you say launch modded mode, what are you meaning?? Anytime I ever mod an xbox, if you see evox, your seeing the modded part.

In the future, always keep a backup of the EvoX .ini file, that is the cardinal rule for xml/ini editing. Just FTP a copy of the file you're going to edit to your PC, that way you can FTP it back to your Xbox if you any probs with the edited version.

I have two menus on my xbox first one gives me the option of going to the ms dash or launching the modded menu. And I did make a back-up, actually a couple but if i cant launch the modded menu i cant ftp.

Do you have a modchip or softmod? Some chips like the SmartXX, X3, and Xenium Ice/Gold have an OS you can boot into and FTP.
