I just don't understand why microsoft ditch xbox!:x: I mean ps2 is keep coming out with great titles. Xbox is not coming out with anything. I mean they xbox is now fully tapped. meaning the graphics are sick!!! Why can't they make games like black,doom3,burnout,halo 2. Those games had really nice graphics. They should have gears of wars for xbox. I mean call of duty is for xbox and xbox 360. I think microsoft need to start carrying about people who bought xbox.
EDIT: I just found out that black and call of duty 3 wasn't from microsoft. I found out that microsoft ditched us way before that. They ditched us at conker live and reload.
I just want to thank those company that even microsoft give up hope on xbox you guys didn't and you guys still made great game titles like black and call of duty 3 and double agent.

I disagree completely. Yes official support for the Xbox 1 is long dead. However, the homebrew community is still supporting the Xbox in full swing, with new emulators and XBMC releases weekly. If it weren't for the amazing job the homebrew coders do, I doubt anyone of us would own a modded Xbox.

To be fair, I felt like Microtek did before I got a 360, so didn't want to seem like I was dismissing his opinion, it is after all just how he feels. I can understand that, and it wouldn't be much trouble for MS to release rehashed versions of last years sports games on Xbox 1. The 360 is obviously better for gaming in every way, but for all around functionality, Xbox 1 still wins hands down.

homebrew is all the different applications that were made by people other that game studios or microsoft themselves. Like XBMC, replacement dashboards, DVD2Xbox, and the likes. Seems like everytime I turn around there is some new version or something totally new for the xbox. Like this morning I learned about something called Leaf for the Xbox and windows. Its an application that lets you create your own private network with your friends across an always on broadband connection. You can stream audio, video, file sharing, and even play head to head games no matter where your friends are. I don't know if its any good, but I plan on checking it out.

That leaf program sounds pretty sick. I hope they still release a game once in a while like Putt Nutz. Been waiting for a while and I won't be getting another system!

I think they should still make the games for the first xbox and use the profits from that to fund new projects for the 360. It would be the most business savy way to go....and if they didn't milk the success of the first one,then Microshaft is just stupid.

I agree punqewe, but MS has never been known for their common sense. They have more money than they know what to do with so I think its a matter of they don't care what happens with xbox1, they are more focuses on the 360 and truth be told, they've already got a team together for their next console.

Yeah it does kinda suck for people who can't get/don't want a 360. Might sound silly, but I've never really used my Xbox 1 for backups, the homebrew scene is far more important to me than Xbox 1 games.
