Usually it will say the password on the site/post that contains the files. If you got it off a torrent tracker, check the comments for the torrent or the file details. If you got it off warez, check the post that contains the files.

What scene or group made the release of the torrent? It would help if you gave that information. It usually will be in the title of the torrent or in the NFO.

Also you can try to figure it out as LS has instructed.

But if you can get the group that created the torrent it should be easy to search some sites with known password protected torrent list to find out what the password is.

I have read some threads on the Need For Speed Carbon torrents is that allot of password protected fakes are out there.

1 password I found was -- exsiccatae

I do not know if the password will work. But I would be careful on what programs you run to find out what the password is for password protected files (Allot of times the password protected RAR files will have and exe file along with the RAR files to run in order to get the password). Most of those types of programs are Trojans.

& about half a hour later. when i was looking for something else to DL i stumbled across the same turrnet on turrentspy i think & it had comments saying what the password was gggrrrrrr :censored: just my luck
