Need some help with a softmod

I need to help in soft moding a xbox. I did use the AR Max when I soft modded my left xbox but I can find it and I need to softmod a new one. I think this is what i need to do but can some one look it over and tell me if it is ok

When I have it mod I what to then install a bigger HDD (120GB) which i can do when i can ftp to the xbox and get the your EEPROM backup with XboxHDM if I am right.

You need to install the softmod, backup your C and E drive, create an eeprom backup with the stock HDD installed, FTP the eeprom backup to your PC, then use XBHDM to format and lock the 120GB HDD with the eeprom.bin backup. Then restore your C backup so you don't have to softmod the 120GB HDD again.
