How do I rip an .avi to create an avatar? I have no Idea what programs to use so a good tut would be appreciated!

So I used image grabber and to the left is my finished product. What do i need to do to get the frame files play?

What did you use image grabber for? Image grabber is for getting screenshots from movies. You need a more advanced program really.. like imageready.

Follow the tutorials I linked you to... then you should be ok.
