Hey gamez...nice avatar. Really nice! BTW, to resize your animated gif in IR, just go to
Image->Image Size. Then change the highest value you see (either width or height) to 150. This will ensure that you meet the regulations.

Hey black I tried the image size method and it won't resize enough for me

PS I double posted so someone would notice...usually this would not happen

@gamezrule - Well, the avatar limit is 150Wx150H and 512k. If your gif is 170Wx160H, then you would need to change the 170W dimension to 150. IR and PS will only resize an image by keeping all proportions intact. This is so the image doesn't stretch or distort in any way. So if you change the 170W to 150, the 160H will probably shrink to something like 140 (proportionate to the width resizing). But you are within the limits because your largest dimension is now 150. This should work for anyone. I do it all the time. Maybe the mods do it differently.

Then there is the 512k restriction. But that is another topic altogether.
