My avatars won't show animation

This is my 4th avatar that won't show animation...I save them optimized and upload at photobucket.com but they won't work so I uploaded here and it still won't work

I think it looses the animation once it gets resized somehow

Ok, it will need to be resized. It is currently 320x240 and needs to be no bigger than 150x150

Yeah, that's what it is. Even staff can't get around it, my animated av got chucked to first frame only.

Way too fast imo, here it is slowed down. Remember, animated avatars will appear a lot faster in FireFox than IE. I find a delay of .2 or .25 works well for FF.

Yeah, I just resized it, but a slowdown might not be so bad
