how would i edit the text of this would u plz post pic of how to do it

You would need the original .psd file. That is the photoshop format that retains all of the layers and information. The text is in it's own layer and can be easily changed, unless whoever made the image for you rasterized the layer for whatever reason.

i need help though with the text heres is one i made its not good because this is my first time using photoshop

When I changed the text to "Standby", I just used the Clone Stamp Tool. Try zooming in and using the stamp to get rid of it.
