since the spec in my current sig is out of date, and i would like it to ofcorse comply with the forums rules for sigs

basically, i want 2 spec's in it, and i want it to still feature the master chief

perhaps left align some of it, and right align the other, then like, get the master chief in the middle

Not trying to brush you off, but you might be better off PM'ing Adrenaline Rush to see if he still has the .psd from that sig. Then, he could just modify it since you like it so well.

If he doesn't have it, I'll go ahead and create one along those lines.
